The Official GREATEST SHOWMAN ‘CIRCUS SPECTACULAR’ is heading to London’s Earls Court this autumn. COME ALIVE! will premiere at the Empress Museum from 23rd September 2024. Journey into a vibrant backstage world for an immersive pre-show experience before taking your seats in our 700-seat Big Top for a spectacular show where circus meets musical theatre in this brand-new live event inspired by the 20th Century Fox Motion Picture. COME ALIVE! features all the hit songs by Pasek and Paul including ‘This Is Me,’ ‘Rewrite the Stars,’ ‘A Million Dreams,’ ‘Tightrope’ and ‘The Greatest Show’. The pre-show experience (offers a glimpse into life behind the big top as you stumble across secret performances and meet a host of curious characters all while enjoying delicious food and drink. The Circus Spectacular will feature the finest international circus stars (Cirque de Demain Medal Winners, Cirque du Soleil) and musical theatre talent (Olivier and BAFTA nominees and award winners) from the West End. Casting to be announced. At the helm of the production is Drama Desk award winning Creative Director Simon Hammerstein. Co-founder of The Box and the mastermind behind Usher’s sold-out ‘My Way,’ Las Vegas residency and producer of Queen of the Night, Hammerstein is joined on the creative team by BAFTA winning and Olivier Award nominated composer, arranger, conductor and music producer Matthew Brind (Starlight Express, Legally Blonde, Paddington 2), Choreographer Jerry Reeve (Taylor Swift, The Queen’s Jubilee – Platinum Party at the Palace) and Lighting Director Adam Bassett who has worked with Adele, The Rolling Stones and is Emmy Award nominated for his work on the 2012 London Olympics Opening Ceremony. ‘COME ALIVE!’ The Greatest Showman Circus Spectacular is inspired by the 20th Century Fox Motion Picture The Greatest Showman story by Jenny Bicks.
